Monday Night Series: Our primary event is the Monday Night Series. Early and late in the season we organize a Race Committee, but during the heart of the season, our racing happens in partnership with the Buffalo Small Boat Sailing League. Immediately following racing, sailors enjoy a social hour and BBQ weekly at Dale’s Marina provided by the Tanski Family. 

Training and Development: We believe in the growth of every sailor. To support this, we offer various training programs and clinics led by experienced members of the fleet and occasionally outside experts. Our mission is to elevate the skill level of the fleet and we place an emphasis on on- and off-the-water training opportunities. The fleet facilitates a post-race recap at the Monday Night BBQ and we encourage dialogue and insight sharing. 

Camaraderie: Our Fleet’s success and cohesion is greatly supported by our off-the-water culture-building activities. From our weekly BBQ and race recap to other social events and parties, we place an emphasis on the fact that this should be social and fun. We know that to build and sustain our fleet, we need to create a positive, inclusive, and friendly environment. 

Access: Our Fleet is welcoming. We want new sailors. We have boats to borrow. And we are here to support. We are happy to answer questions of newcomers and stand ready to assist with a loaner boat or to help a new member select their first ILCA/Laser.
